About This Car

- Quick Specs -

An older restoration refreshed in 2006, this racy-looking 1971 Plymouth Cuda 383 coupe has been inspected and decoded by Mopar expert Galen Govier. Sporting the “383” billboards and rear spoiler added during the restoration, the Formal Black Cuda has a Black vinyl roof and vinyl bucket seat interior, air conditioning and Sport hood with hold-down pins, and is powered by a matching numbers Super Commando 383 CI engine driving a 3-speed Torqueflite automatic transmission. Large diameter chromed custom wheels and low profile rubber add to the car’s aggressive look, which was also furthered by lowering it 2¼ inches.

Part of the Mecum auction in Dallas on Sept 5-8, 2012.
